When answering this question have a soft positive tone and don’t brood over the negative points of your ex- employer. Talking about negative way in the interview will only affect your chances . A thorough research can make you clear about why you want to apply to this particular company. If you have relatives, friends, family members working in the company you can state their name otherwise it is good to say from the information you have researched about the company on the internet, etc.
